How deposits, pricing and orders work — and what to do when something goes wrong.
How do I add funds?
Go to Deposits → Add funds, choose an amount, and send exactly that amount in USDT on the TRC20 network to the address shown. Then submit the transaction hash (TXID) from your wallet or exchange. Your deposit is created with the status Pending review.
How do manual deposits work?
SMSora does not monitor the blockchain automatically. A member of staff opens your deposit, looks the transaction up on a block explorer, and checks the network, asset, receiving address, amount and confirmation status. Only when that checks out is your balance credited. Submitting a TXID never credits anything on its own.
What is the minimum deposit?
The minimum is $200.00. Amounts below that are rejected at submission.
How does buying a number work?
Pick a country and service on Buy number. You will see the successful verification price and the unsuccessful verification fee before you confirm. On confirmation the maximum price is held from your available balance and a number is requested from the supplier. The number appears on the order page straight away.
What does a successful verification cost?
It depends on the country. Standard countries start at $9.00, and some countries are priced higher. The full list is on the pricing page. A verification is billed as successful when a verification message is delivered to your number.
What is the unsuccessful verification fee?
A smaller fee charged when a number was allocated to you but no message arrived before the order expired or was cancelled. It covers the cost of holding the number. For standard countries it is $1.00. The rest of the held amount is released back to your available balance automatically.
What happens if a number cannot be allocated?
Nothing is charged. The full held amount is released immediately and the order is marked Not allocated. You will see the release on your transactions page.
What happens if the SMS does not arrive?
The order stays in Waiting for SMS until it expires. You can also cancel it yourself. Either way only the unsuccessful verification fee is charged and the remainder is released. If a message arrives while you are waiting, the order settles as successful.
Can I withdraw my balance?
No. Your balance is an internal service credit for SMSora services only. It is not withdrawable, not convertible back to cryptocurrency, and not transferable to another customer. Please deposit only what you intend to spend on the service.
Will the platform I am verifying accept the number?
SMSora cannot promise that. We can deliver a number and the messages sent to it; whether a third-party service accepts a virtual number is entirely that service’s decision, and many prohibit them. Check that service’s terms before you buy.
Sending the wrong asset or network
Only send USDT on the TRC20 network to the address shown in your account. Sending another asset, or the right asset on another network, may result in permanent loss that SMSora cannot recover.
